Underlay

The Underlay command displays the grid behind the drawings in the Drawing View and Camera View windows.

A grid must be visible for this command to work.

Use the Underlay command when you are drawing line art (that is not filled with color) and you can see the shape of your drawings and the grid at the same time.

Use one of the following methods to activate this command:

Select View > Grid > Underlay.
De-select the Overlay toolbar button.
